Home in Kathmandu

As one of their early guests, I have returned numerous times for the teams hospitality and home like environment that harboured so many creative and warm hearted people from al around the world. This time, the team surprised me with the new addition of the house, a newly renovated suite on the top floor, that is clean, spacious, Nepali modern, and filled with warm light. It is completed with a big, modern bathroom, and a work area that is suitable for someone who is looking for a get away from the busy Kathmandu. With the many additions and improvement over the last couple of years, Jason and Pemba understand and care about what is essential and comfortable for their guests. Not to mention the nutritious and delicious breakfast that is being served every morning, a huge improvement from the basic bread and eggs earlier. Also take advantage of the free walking tour in Patan every Thursday hosted by Jason, who is knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the history and culture of Patan. I booked this room for a night to recharge myself, and I feel like I got away with so much more than just feeling well rested. I will return again soon, Jason, Pemba, Jeevan and Sabita. Thank you for your warm hospitality and friendship.

“Great place to stay away from the hustle of Thamel”

Lovely stay at PatanSquared. I stayed when I arrived in Katmandu and also before I left. The hosts are super friendly and knowledgeable and give great advice for travelling around Katmandu as well as around Nepal. The breakfasts are delicious and I met some fantastic people during my stays. The room is spacious, private and comfortable; the shared bathroom was with one other room and is kept very clean at all times. They also hosts a free walking tour around old Patan on Thursdays which is well worth joining to learn more about the history. Nice to stay in Patan and be away from the hustle bustle of Thamel. Would highly recommend staying here!

Amazing place

Possibly my favourite place to ever stay at. Really comfy, good food, all the normal stuff. But it's the people that make it amazing. Jason and Pemba are just awesome dudes and really friendly, and they've made the co-living space into more of a co-loving space. Fun times every night.
